SERVICE GUIDLELINES

 
Thank you for choosing Blue Ribbon Disposal for your waste collection. Please follow these simple guidelines when preparing your material for collection:
 

    • Trash must be ready by 7AM the morning of your scheduled collection day.

 

    • Blue Ribbon Disposal offers 96 gallon poly toters with lid.

 

    • Please contact Blue Ribbon Disposal at least 24 hours before your regularly scheduled collection to request a large item pick-up and/or excessive amounts of trash. Additional fees may apply.

 

    • Due to landfill regulations, Blue Ribbon Disposal is not permitted to accept batteries, tires, liquids, combustible materials or any items identified as hazardous.

 

    • Bulky materials including drywall, concrete, bricks, dirt or rocks are not acceptable.

 

    • Blue Ribbon Disposal is not responsible for damage beyond the curb line.

 

    • Please notify Blue Ribbon Disposal if you would like to transfer service to a new location. Subscription accounts will automatically renew unless you notify us to terminate your service.
    • If inclement weather prohibits trash removal no refunds, discounts or credits will be given and trash will be picked up the following week.

 

  • Residents are billed monthly or quarterly in advance. Invoices may be prorated for a specific service period. Payments are due by the 1st of each month. Late payments or returned checks may result in additional charges to your account. Service may be interrupted after the 15th of each month when accounts are past due.  There are no refunds for cancellation of service.
