Payment Information

Avoid any late fees by setting your account up on Auto pay. Contact our office to set this up with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Billing can be set up monthly or quarterly.   A $5.00 late fee will be added to all past due invoices.
A $30.00 fee will be added to all returned checks.

Vacation Hold

If you ever need to place your account on hold, contact our office so we can place your account on a Vacation Hold. If your account is on Vacation Hold for two or more consecutive weeks, we will place a credit on your next invoice for that time period.

We Do Not Accept any dirt, sod, concrete, rock, bricks, shingles, oils, paints or other liquid waste, batteries, and no electronics. Special & Large Item Pick Ups & any Cleanouts (garage, basement, etc.)
Anything above and beyond your normal household trash, please call our office 1 day prior to your normal collection day to schedule your items to be picked up. If your pickup is on Monday, Please call no later than Friday afternoon. **There may be an extra charge for certain items.

 Holidays We Do Not Pick Up Trash:

If the holiday falls during a weekday we will not pickup trash.  We do not follow government “observed holidays”

New Years Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day

If a holiday falls on a weekday, and the holiday is on or before your pick up day, then your trash service will be delayed by one day; with Friday pick-ups occurring on Saturday. If a holiday lands on the day after your regular pick up, then you will not be affected by the holiday delay.
If ever in doubt about an observed holiday, please check online or contact our office.
